    This was a great podcast. You touched on a few things that I am sure many first time moms have gone through, especially the not-discussed-enough post-partum depression. So thank you for that.

    For me the most important thing was acknowledging that we do change as people once we become mothers. And its not necessarily due to the fact that we have to care for our little ones. Our needs and wants, likes and dislikes change. And thats something I am still trying to understand, but looking forward to “dating” myself and figuring it all out!
